Blessing Closet

We will have our Blessing Closet this sale immediately after pick-up is over, at which time various charitable organizations or needy families can shop the donated items for free. (They can apply by emailing encoresnorth @gmail.com.)

This means that pick-up of unsold items will be 11am – 2pm on April 1st. The Blessing Closet with be from 2:30 – 3:30. After that time, the donated items will go to the Ly family as they have in the past.

Shop the Blessing Closet and pay $1 for shoes and clothing by volunteering for 3 working shifts plus a sort shift. 100% of the proceeds are donated.

Sign-Up to Line-Up!

At PreSale, no waiting in line before it opens, we will be offering online sign-ups!

On your presale pass you will find a link near the bottom that goes to our Line Up registration page. At 10am on presale day, the 23rd, this registration will be open and you can go to this link to reserve your place in the presale line. This online Line Up will be closed at 4pm and anyone who comes to the site that has not signed up online will be in line behind everyone who DID sign up online. We will start forming the line at 430pm. Doors open at 5pm.This site will NOT be active until 10am on the 23rd, presale day. If you go to the site before10am on the 23rd you will not be able to sign up.

New Clothing Limits

 Boys sizes Infant thru 20
 Girls sizes Infant thru Junior
 Jr. clothing must be age appropriate - Limit 15 items per size Jr. 0 - 17
 Clothing sized 12 months and under - Limit 15 hanging items in entire size range per sex
 Sleepers - only 100% Cotton - Limit 5 per consignor
 Maternity - Limit 15 per consignor

Sorting unsold items change

We will sort into individual numbers within each clothing and shoe size, instead of all the numbers grouped together. The table items will be sorted on the tables and the floor items will be lined up on the floor. You can use this form to make a list of your sizes.

Our care of your consigned items

We do our best to take care of your consigned items. However, when it comes to dealing with the public, it is impossible to police everything. With this in mind, please consider the following possibilities:

 As you gather your items to consign, if you are overly concerned with the protection of an item, please do not consign it.
 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or items missed or left after pick-up is over.
 Our workers are volunteers. They are doing their best. Please be respectful to them.

Bringing back the print-outs

We will bring back the print-outs from Brea that list the prices of your sold items and will include them with your check, which will be mailed April 10th.
