Bring a self-addressed stamped envelope to check-in so we can mail your earnings to you!
Encores is open in all weather!!
We have two check-in options:
Appointment only dates
General dates - due to weather we are extending the dates!
Where you can come anytime during the hours below and
no appointment is necessary
Where you choose a specific time to drop off by logging in to reserve a time slot
Friday, Feb. 1 10am-6pm
Saturday, Feb. 2 10am-6pm
Sunday, Feb. 3 Noon-6pm
Monday, Feb. 4 1pm - 4pm
Tuesday, Feb. 5 10am - 1pm
Tuesday, Jan. 29 9am-4pm
Wednesday, Jan. 30 9am-4pm
Monday, Feb. 4 10am-1pm
Our Appointments are Full, but we've added more general times!
Helpful Hints
Consignors with a large amount of items will need an additional check-in appointment on appointment days.
Email us at encoresnorth@gmail.com if you need an additional check-in time and we will add that for you.
You can only sign up for ONE per consignor on the check-in site.
Come to the check-in table to sign in and get your presale passes.
You will need to hang your clothes in the correct sizes at drop-off. You may want a pick up list.
Bring your non-hanging items in disposable containers such as boxes or bags that you can leave with us instead
of plastic containers which are time-consuming to empty.
Please have separate containers each for shoes, children's items, and adult items.
If you missed check-in, you've got another chance! We will be having Second Check-in on:
Sunday, Feb. 10 2pm - 5pm
Monday, Feb. 11 11am - 2pm
Tuesday, Feb. 12 11am - 2pm
Since we have sold so much this weekend, we are lifting these restrictions!!
For the Adult/Home Decor Section, Furniture is the only thing we will accept at Second Check-in
All adult/home decor items will be accepted – follow regular check-in guidelines
Children's Items we will accept for Second Check-in:
• Any Toys, Children's Equipment/Furniture – follow regular check-in guidelines
• No shoes, books, or videos/DVDs
• Boys Clothing
Girls Clothing
• All items must be discounted – exceptions may be made for large ticket items, please ask us
• You must put your items on sales floor
